Blocked by my region which make no sense at all, i contacted them and they dont know why
Updated and now it doesn't work
This latest upgrade is not allowing me to review data. It keeps telling me to retry.
App works fine for me. It's relatively simple to use. I have little need to use it, however. spent $100 on the kit for it to give me results that haven't updated. Like at all. My family has had multiple updates a month in the last year we've gotten it. Guess I'm just the lucky person who got 100% accuracy. Bit of a disappointment in that department.

How do i get this new DNA kit
It's been a great voyage of self discovery. Found out a lot about my ancestry
I thought I had to use this app for my daughter to get a DNA test kit, she has no computer and only wifi for her cellphone. I already had an account. Now we have 3 accounts and can't get her results uploaded. I'm not a happy camper. $100 wasted 🤬
